All personal data is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy.

A booking involving eight (8) or more travellers is considered a group booking.
Group itineraries may be subject to additional or alternative conditions, which will be advised at the time of quotation and will override these Terms where applicable.

In rare circumstances, itinerary components may need to be modified due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, weather conditions, government actions or supplier operational issues.
Where possible, a suitable alternative of comparable or higher standard will be offered.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued less any unrecoverable costs, in accordance with supplier terms and applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services & Responsibility
All travel services are supplied by independent third-party providers. Journeys Down Under acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of those suppliers.
Any claim relating to services provided must be pursued directly with the supplier. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journeys Down Under’s total liability arising from this agreement is limited to AUD $25,000.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of income, business interruption or emotional distress.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a statutory guarantee applies, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or refunding the cost of having the services supplied again.
15. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travellers hold valid passports, visas and entry permits for all destinations and transit points.
Failure to meet entry requirements is the responsibility of the traveller and any resulting costs or losses will not be borne by Journeys Down Under.
16. Flights
Flights are not included unless expressly stated.
Flights booked on your behalf are generally non-refundable and subject to airline conditions.
17. Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage, including medical expenses, cancellation, interruption, personal liability and baggage loss.
18. Additional Activities
Journeys Down Under is not responsible for activities booked independently by travellers outside of the agreed itinerary.
19. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a refund is due for a booking paid partially with a voucher, the voucher amount will be returned as store credit.

Suppliers reserve the right to remove a traveller whose conduct, health or behaviour disrupts the experience or safety of others.
