Optional ChatGPT ad measurement

With your permission, we use first-party cookies to connect a ChatGPT ad visit with your enquiry or booking for up to 30 days. We record the campaign, journey and travel direction, landing-page path, visit time, Book clicks, booking starts, successfully saved enquiries and confirmed booking payments. Country is recorded only when you provide it during an enquiry or booking. If you provide contact or booking details, authorised JDU staff can associate this activity with your record in our internal CRM, including to understand interest and unfinished bookings.

Attribution records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. This feature does not store payment-card details, form contents, raw IP addresses or private booking links in its analytics records, and does not send conversion data to OpenAI. A short-lived pseudonymous counter helps prevent abuse.

You can decline this optional measurement and continue browsing, enquiring and booking. Use ‘Ad tracking preferences’ to change your choice or withdraw and remove the current attribution associated with that browser. Consent choices last up to 30 days. The feature also honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. To request access to or removal of attribution linked to your customer record, contact us using the details in section 11. These choices relate to this optional measurement feature; they do not delete essential booking records.
